Tracking Says It's Delivered, But My Order Isn't Here

This is rare, but it does happen from time to time.

Sometimes, the package is taken in by a family member who put it away and forgot to tell you. In some cases, the postal worker left the package around the house (like behind a bush) or with a neighbor. Or they accidentally delivered it to the wrong house.

In some cases, the package is scanned at the local post office instead at the point of delivery. If this is the case, it usually turns up or is delivered a few days later.

The first step would be to ask your local postal worker, or go to the local post office.

The postal system is very reliable, but things can get lost in the mail.

If your package goes missing from your doorstep, it could be a case of mail theft. This is a serious crime that needs to be reported to the US Postal Inspection Service.
