Need to cancel an order you've just placed? No worries! We can help.

Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know the order number. If the order hasn't been printed and shipped out, we'd be able to cancel it.

If the order has been shipped out, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel it/re-route it to a different destination.
