Where's My Order?
If you have registered an account, you can log in to find the order status. We'll also send you an email once your order ships (whether or not you have an account).
All orders are custom-printed - your shirts or posters are printed just for you. We'll need a bit of time to process and print your order. Usually, this takes only a few business days, but we can get a bit delayed, especially during or after sale periods and holiday rushes.
Update: As you may have guessed, the global coronavirus situation has made production and logistics more complicated - but we're still fully operational. So far, we've been able to keep most of shirt types in stock. We appreciate your patience as production may take longer than normal.

Domestic USA orders are shipped via postal airmail or UPS. Both have tracking info. Once shipped, transit time for domestic USA orders is about 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping and UPS Ground, 3 to 4 business days for Priority Mail, 1 to 3 business days for Express Mail.
Canada and other international orders (including military APO/FPO orders) are shipped via postal airmail. If you chose Economy/Budget International Shipping, your package does not have tracking info. But don't worry: delivery success rate is over 99.5%.
All international orders are subject to customs inspection. Because the speed of customs clearance varies from country to country, we cannot give a definitive time frame of delivery, especially if your package is stopped by customs.
Economy/Budget International Shipping may take 4 to 12 weeks. Faster shipping methods (with tracking) are available: Standard ePacket usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, First Class Mail International 2 to 3 weeks, Priority Mail International 3 to 7 business days, and Priority Mail Express International 2 to 4 business days. Not all shipping methods are available for all destination countries.
If your package is held for customs inspection, it may take a few weeks longer.
If about a week or two passed after you placed your order, and you still haven't received email notification that your order has shipped, please look in your email spam folder. You can also contact us and we will help you look up your order status.
