Defective Prints or Shirts
All orders are inspected for quality before they're shipped out, but sometimes bad prints and defective shirts slip through.
If you received a bad print or a defective shirt (with holes, seam rips, etc), or if you received the wrong item/size/color, please contact us and let us know your order number. We'll set it right for you!
If the defect is our fault, you will not be charged the shipping and handling fee for the replacement.
Most press marks, stains, and discolorations are actually not defects. These can happen during the printing process and usually disappear with the first couple of washes. So go ahead and turn the shirts inside out, then toss them into the washing machine.
